Hello all,
Probably this question has already been asked by someone sometime, but I didn't find any answers, not even after some research on the web. Or let's say, half the answer as you will see.
I'm looking for a simple (well, I thought it would be simple) shortcut on the keyboard to enlargen or smallen the size of the brush and/or eraser in Photoshop 7. A little like in the numpad, where you can quickly adjusten the opacity of the color. On "photoshopcafe" it was said that this shortcut would be the "[]" keys. I tried it, but it doesn't work. Probably that is because these guys are on american (english) keyboards, wether I have a european (french) one.
I have tried all kind of buttons, but just can't seem to find it...
Does anybody have an Idea?
Or is there a way to customize the keyboard shortcuts in Photoshop?
Thanks,

Thanks for the reply I tried it and it works fine...
However, why on earth are they so far from each other on the keyboard?
Is there a way to customize this?
Thanks again,

You must be using either a German or Dutch keyboard. On English keyboards , and . are directly next to each other. _________________ http://prettydiff.com/ |

well...on german keyboards they should be right next to each other.
I don't think that you can costumize them. I am really waiting for that possibility. |

On my keyboard, using Windows PShop, the "[" "]" bracket keys make the brushes larger or smaller.
EDIT... should have read your entire message... sorry. I see you've tried the brackets... _________________ HonePie.com

Thanks for the replies.
In fact, I'm using a french keyboard. "," is in the middle, "." on the extreme right. Impossible to do with one hand at a time. You are obliged to go "look" for the opposite key every time...Somebody told me though (some time ago) that shortcuts are very well customizable in PS7...hm, fascinating question. I will have a look in my books. _________________ Nausicaa |
