Weekly Drawing - Week 17

The rules of weekly drawing:

*all mediums accepted
*concepts and speed sketches are allowed
*everyone is allowed to post how many times they want
*Weekly Drawing will only last for a week after which there will be a new topic

I will start a discussion thread over in the digital art discussion too so feel free to give me some pointers about this thread there and also, maybe we can come up with topics in there if you guys have any special ideas.

This weeks topic is - The Wild West

This weeks topic is The Wild West so post all your cowboy pictures with outlaws and running horses crossing creeks and such, so anything related to the cowboy and that old time.

The Wild West

(picture made by Robert Pummil, copyright art.com)

thanks again for last week, it was a good run.
Matthew

Wow Matthew, very dramatic composition. If you worked more on that you could totally turn it into an amazing picture Smile

Deckard: I like your style.

This turned out quite boring and I accidently painted the figures too close together. C&C would be appreciated anyway.

VERY Inspired by a Spooge Eastwood pic...I wanted to try my hand at a backlit cowboy. I over-render way too much. Got to break it DOWN to the basics.

1.5-2 hrs. PS.
