did this in artrage + opencanvas
but my question is how do you select the color and construction of the background if you've messed up on the composition and done this too late? I think it's a matter of knowing perspective to accompany your creative juices, but I'm very new to all of this and I'm looking for a hand

If you messed up, just start over again. I don't exactly understand the question, but one thing does trouble me a lot: is the woman sitting down with legs crossed? Her anatomy's weird.
