Here are a few of my school and home doodlings that I have about. You may recognize some of the references off of art or pictures online. I apologize for the lines and such. I might post some more later.
Small-point sharpie, found the first picture on GFXartist.com (a fine site). The second was a characature (sp?) practice... it wasn't half as exaggerated as it should have been.
The first is an older sketch from a great picture on deviantart. The second is just a school doodle.

The first is a school doodle, part of text book cover. The second is the family dog, buddy! Sorry that it didn't scan better.

These are fine for practice, but remember to draw from life too!
the lines dont really matter. A good draftsman does not see paper, only open space to build  |
