Hi, I noticed people have been putting up there ink sketches so here's one I did. It's my own character design. There's more in my gallery, please check'em out. Was wondering what people thought, I would want to get into doing character desisgns for games, do you think this is good enough? I know I'd have to do a back, sides, top and bottom view aswell for Warhead and make it like a proper cdesign. Kinda hard to do my own thing at the mo cause I got a lot of college work to keep up with, anyways, please let me know what u think.
cheers

Poor modeller if he is to make a model that detailed
Yeh of course tis is good enough! Just look at TF2 character art, its doesnt have to be photographic quality.. (i think i saw some sketches on www.converted2.com
hey is that your brother the other guy on your site? Your art looks very similar (both way cool) tell me, i never understood how people get all this detail on their sketches all the muscle wrinkles, little wires, mechanics.. hmm

I've been a huge fan of your art since I first stumbled upon your site. You're art is really distinct- so dark and moody. question: any more of that Kin comic coming soon? I really thought it was quite engrossing.
cheers ya Pommie basta'ds!

Good job, I really like the mechanics of this one, the minute detail, and clean inking, and good contrast as well. I would say the fellow's right leg (our left) is a bit out of perspective with the way the leg is facing (leg facing left, foot going right), but that's a minor complaint. I do understand also that he is 90% robotic, but he still seems a bit stiff to me, sort of like he's posing for the camera, but you probably weren't going for dynamics anyway, just a straight character design, and I say mission accomplished. Great inking job.

Thanks for the positive feedback people!
Hey thanks Shizo, it probly is way over detailed for a model design tho but that's the modeller's problem, or mine when they tell me to piss off then hehe. What the fack is TF2 shizo? I checked out the link but the site was down, thnx for the link anyway, I'll check it again soon. Yea the Darkpath site
is me and bro's, glad u like the work . It takes time but it's easy to get carried away with all the weird little details, the harder part is keeping it symettrical after that, like the legs.
Immi you aussie wanka! cheers man, that's greatly appreciated . It's actually my bro who' doing the Kin comic and he say's "fkkin wait till its in the shops u bastid!" so I guess that's that then heh. Hey, have u got
a site? I looked at your profile but no joy there. Bro says u did a pic that was really cool, like a celtic warrior character.
let me you bastid ;D
Cheers Scoop, yeah I agree that the perspective of the borg's right foot looks wrong, but I had enough of it by then heh.
Merry Xmas everyone!
