Took close to 11 hours to complete; used photo for skin and pistol reference, the rest was original. Comments/Critiques welcome and wanted! |

looks really sexy:))
but I would say the image looks a little flat, theres no dimension..I think it needs more darker areas on the leather suit, so the highlights can be seen more effective maybe... and also add some lighter areas to her bottom in ortder to make it more rounded maybe.. the suit doesnt quite fit te girl visually I believe, when u check out her right arm you can see how you merged and smoothened the look..it looks good..but the left arm doesnt..also her back is the same...
but it is a well drawn image..I really like it. _________________ Emir YARDIMCI

My own take on the suit material. I went for a PVC sorta thing, but of course, only now does it occur to me that you might have been going for more of a leather look. I like the drawing a lot. Hope you don't mind my scribble.

hi;
TremorX;
I think the intersection of the left arm and the suit can be a little smoothened. just as it is on thje right arm..thats my opinion...her ass looks better:))
the one capt.fred reworked on looks a little too dark, but with a little touch of highlights and white contours it would look really better...
hope it works dude. _________________ Emir YARDIMCI

Thanks again.. I've hit that point where I'm happy with it so I'm going to leave it like it is. I wanted that lighter 'leathery' look, for the sort of tongue-in-cheek, potentially cheesy "snake shedding skin" look and feel (since she's a COBRA operative, ba-doom-ching). I tried playing around with that arm but nothing I do really looks good.. and I'm pretty much OK with it. It's my first real attempt at an original digital painting, I usually just color lineart. I thought it turned out OK. In fact, when I started this piece, that was all I'd intended to do:

It sort of went like, "I like the way the eyes look, maybe I should try doing the whole thing this way." |
