I'm wondering what you all prefer to use when removing signatures from art to claim as your own. Whenever I draw over pixel by pixel, there is always a bit of a residue and you can tell that _someone's_ name is there, if not who exactly.
I was planning on using Dhabih's eclipse picture or perhaps one of Craig Mullins' landscapes for art class, but I need to find a way to successfully blend the signature into the background so I can write my own overtop it.
Any tips? |

Are you trying to trick people into admitting they steal other people's work or what? Or claiming that's what all of us do?

Oh, that's easy to do. Select the line tool and pick a bright color. Red works EXCEPTIONALLY well here. Then, draw a one or two pixel line straight through the middle of the signature. Then select any drawing tool you feel comfortable with and write YOUR name over the REAL artist's name. This professional method of signature removing is sure to so off your high artistic calibur. Seriously, just LOOK at all the people that actually do their own work. They just can't compare with your talent.
Peace.

I don't think anyone thought you were serious... It just wasn't a particularly good joke.
