Hey guys, this is a character I started to paint with a little 3.5 X 5 wacom. I wanted to take a break from 3d, and this helped me take my mind of that. Ummm.. the body is not done, as a matter of fact nothing is really done at this point but I was hoping someone would have a good suggestion. If anybody sees anything that would dramatically improve the image, please post your comment. |

i'm not an anatomy expert so i can't realy help you at all .
I noticed that the ear is placed on the head wrong though, it should be by the back of the jaw.
I like the expression on his face though. make sure that the background or whatever else gets put in the picture reflects that mood, or inferrs a reason for him having that mood. |

Oh thanks a lot, after looking at your drawing so much you don�t notice things like the ear sticking out of the back of his neck ! |

yea, i know what you mean. what i do that helps me see mistakes in my picture is I flip the image along the y-axis so i can see it backwards. that ussualy helps for me. sometimes i inverse the colors too. |
