This is a job I just finished a week or so ago. I designed the dragon as the site mascot, provided multiple poses, and created a graphic layout for the site. The job has already been completed, but I'm still open for critiques since everything is a learning experience.
Below is the size the dragons will actually appear on the site.

LOL, that's just to imply that the page goes on further. The jagged part was in a separate layer that could easily be removed. I just didn't want to simulate the actual length of the page cinsidering the one he has now is over 3 screenlenghts tall.

I don't mind the nostrils at all. While it's all beautiful as it is, I would make the eyes larger.
