When you say you need help finsihing it, you mean you want some one to do it? I don't think anyone can, because of the unique style it would loose its character. As for crit a couple of things jump out:

The left eye need work, the nost is off a bit? The front wing looks as if it was rushed a bit, so if you could rework it, what would be good.

I really likoe the muscles though, the smudging gives definaition. Especially aroudn the rib area. Also on the back wing the depth of focus is good, where its looses more focus at the back (nice touch).

You might want to add some more texture, underneath, as a mask, to give it more depth. It doesn't fully look like stone... Good one

Thanks, I'll work on it. I didn't mean that I wanted some one else to finish it I just needed some ideas on how to finish it. It's one of my first pictuers with a Wacom tablet.
