Thanks Sumaleth! Somehow, I'm not really satisfied with it, though...Trying to find ways to fix it.
Oh well, off to class. |

yeah, this pic is really cool. if you really want to change something though, the only thing i can think of is to make his hand bigger and beefier, to where he could actually reach all the way around the grip . keep up the good work! _________________ ...be sure man that every

Actually, the hand is supposed to be about that size (damn the people who made the model kits!). The easier way, I suppose, would be to redraw the hand so that his thumb and index finger is separated by the hild, and then have his fingers resting on the crossguard.
CwStone: Heh...yeah, it's been a while...glad you like the "finished" product. |

I actually think it would have been stronger with a much lower camera angle. Way up there behind the trees seems somehow unnatural, and doesn't make the robot guy look at big as he could. _________________ Art Links Archive -- Artists and Tutorials |

You're right, it would've been stronger to have a lower angle. I've been trying to work with low camera angle pieces ever since finishing this, actually; doing a 3- point perspective low-angle piece effectively is my eventual goal. There may come a time when I'll want to do a speedpaint of what this should've looked like from a lower angle... |
