first off, i have to say that i love the shading on his helmet and shoulders. you really did well to give a dirty metal feel to it. the only thing wrong that really jumps out at me is that the shading on the ax doesnt seem to agree with the shading on the rest of it. it seems like from the head and shoulders that the light source is on the same side of the viewer, but the ax is almost completely in shadow. and i guess now that i think about it i really dont like the shape of the ax either, the way it curves to the blade like that. but who knows, maybe i am going crazy. dont get me wrong though, i really really really like this pic

id say it looks like the axe is black. im not a good cg'er at al thouh, but it doesnt look that weird to me. i like it alot ^^

Yeah this is great!

I would probaly change the axe though. Looks to weird, also cant tell whether it's curing over or straight or what. Still looks mad, would probably change the axe though.
