for now its a scetch and i dont know how i can paint it.

what do you think about that?any c&c

I recommend using paintshop, creating a layer on top and setting the blend mode to darken. The idea is that it will only replace color when it darkens the color. The end result is the shading and lines of the sketch being colored by what you lay on top of it, like a coloring book.

I doubt it will look like a digital painting, though. It may still be obvious that it is just a colored sketch. Only one way to find out, though.

Well it's a damn good sketch if you ask me, so I'm sure whatever coloring method you use should work out. For sketches like this, I'd recommend using Adi Granov's technique of copying the sketch and pasting it on a separate layer on top of the original, sut to Multiply. This darkens the shadows and increases the contrast without losing any of the light and subtle details. Then you can just color it in as you please, either straight on top or using Multiply layers.
