The new cover I've done for the french tradepaperback of my Spawn episodes :
I've just worked again on an other illustration...Some pages, for those who are interested in graphic design :
the cover of a french anthology about "Fantastic Polar " (thriller, film noir)
with a close-up :

This is my first time posting here in this forum and I must say that I'm really impressed with the amount of talent here in this boards.
Im a comicbook artist and you guys make me look like a grade school finger painter.
Kudos to you, aleksi... and also the impressive folks who did the self portrait thread. most if not all of the art there were amazing.

For the polar piece, I've taken my father for model.. 
here is some samples of the photos I've used for this one :
the final picture is a mix between photographs, matte painting technics and traditional paint...
all the other pieces are different technics, for different subjects...
the orc piece took me only 5 hours, just one evening and it was done...Don't know what was going on for this one...

| I remember seeing some of you spawn work in Oct. on this forum. Im glad to see some new stuff, the witchblade image is way cool. Does this mean you are going to work on some topcow covers...say darkness? I'd also love to see the details on the spawn work...it always catches my eye. |

Hey !!! Just good news for me today : My spawn tradepaperback with my 2 episodes will be available in the English version in May
"Spawn: Simony has been translated into English and will be available in the United States for the first time in May. This 68-page book features a double-length story as well as added editorial content and pinup art (by Todd and Greg Capullo)..."
