Hey Chris! V. Nice, thought I'd share a couple of quick observations that may be of help... I think perhaps she is a little bit too short? Also, I think that the dress is maybe a little flat in the front? And it makes it seem like she's hovering above the ground some. The clouds and atmosphere are great!

I think the effect of the dress might be better if the highlights were more saturated than the shadows.
Kinda hard to explain what I mean. Using white kills the saturation.
The local color but brighter would be better for highlighting IMO.
And I also think the palette needs to be adjusted to the background more.
Hope this doesn't suck ...
