Yea, i haven't posted here for a long time, and i also haven't got any good digital art to show, so here's a drawing
Amidst the chaos of war, an officer calls for armour support. Fighting in urban environments does not make the tank useless, in fact it becomes an important asset to the commander. They can traverse or remove obstacles, act as transports, and also provide great firepower which planes or soldiers cannot.
As the Nemesis pushes into Genesis territory, the battles become increasingly intense and victory becomes a vital motivation for the troops' morale. The Genesis have made strongholds of small towns and old cities, and often times these establishments have to be bombarded and even completely destroyed before any attempt can be made to take over them. Still sometimes soldiers have to be the first to trudge into the battlefield, when the cunning enemy is entrenched too deeply for artillery to have any effect, the battle quickly degrades into a tedious street to street, house to house, and room to room clearing operation. Both soldier and tank are equally vulnerable in the urban environment, thus they have to work hand in hand to ensure their survival, as infantry provide reconnaissance and take out enemy anti-tank capabilities, armoured vehicles provide the firepower and protection for the men.
P.S. sorry for the bad quality of the picture, and the not-so-good accompanying information, couldn't think of better stuff to write.
