Looks like an under/over paint of the original line art. The colors are good. However she looks like she has a slight smile to her.

the eyes are going off target. the nose is pointing one way and the eyes are pointing another.

ditto... the face looks like it was warped or smeared or something like that. the eyes are level but the face is at an angle. try looking at it in a mirror or something to get a new perspective of it.
my advice: next time do something with emotion. faces with no emotion are boooooooorrrrrrrrriiiiiinnnnnngggggg

You are on the right track. I really like the hair and the basic shapes of the face are quite good. I think you need to focus on the anatomy of the face a little more. Ive done a quick over draw to help illustrate the way the face is actually structured.
excuse the roughness... I used a mouse. didnt feel like uncovering the tablet from under its stack of books right now. |
