Current project. Very much inspired by the painting of Magnus von Wright from 1867. Crits welcome alltough the pic is in progress...

One of the reasons I love coming to these boards is exactly this.
Great work so far I wouldnt be a good crit though sorry as my work has a lot more flaws than these.

this is a great painting i can see yoru still working on the feet and the tails the only thing i can realy see to crit on is the bird on the top branch his head looks a little edgy maybee smooth it out a bit.
besides that the colors are great its got that kind of look like the storm is just ending the texture on the branches are great keep it up br0
BTW you dont need great skills to make a critique even if u cant make a 3d robot with his foot shoved up a guyz butt your eye can still tell you what looks wrong with the persons work that can make that picture. You still have that creativeness inside of you to say what you want it to look like even if u can quite make it yet. |
