I dunno. The STory sounds stupid as far as i understand it, the look is a little stupid and i really dont like vin diesel Confused

I loved Pitch Black, i thought he did good there. This looks a little cheapish on the FX side, unless its low budget. Maybe it wont suck.

I did a couple of sketches for the production a while ago, back when it was still more or less of an extension of the pitch black thing. Pitch black was worth seeing? Maybe I will watch it sometime. Akiva Goldman was rewriting.

I agree though looks like a movie about other movies. Same crap over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.

Looks pretty good. I couldn't help getting a Dune vibe about the production design. Those "lens face" necromongers(???) strongly remind me of the sardaukar in Lynch's cult classic.

I can forgive Vin Deisel's involvement. I think he's actually pretty good when not trying too hard to be the ultimate badass (ie: XXX).

It's going to great for popcorn movies this year; Hellboy, Spider-Man 2 , Harry Potter, The Punisher, Troy, Shrek 2, The Day After Tomorrow, Aliens Vs. Predator, I Robot.

Gonna have to start saving my money soon. Very Happy

Pitch Black was good. Vin Diesel's character was interesting . I can honoestly say I have hope for this movie.

Spooge, Pitch Black is one of Vin Diesels better films, as is Iron GIant...

The designs for this new flick look pretty cool...but since Vinny boy went blockbuster hero, his movies have pretty much stunk...

Hopefully this is decent, cause i did like Pitch Black...

For a movie that wasn't marketed well, and had the budget it had, Pitch Black wasn't so bad. Though the thought of a sequel scares the heck out of me.

neway, this riddick movie looks to be a lot like a bunch of blockbusters that'v come out in the past few years. especially the fact that vinny's in it (xxx was just plain BAD) but the trialer for this movie looks OK (i saw it for the first time yesterday when i was seein the third LOTR. HOT movie). It could turn out to be a good movie, but it most likely wont be.

Can there be any more contrast between the actors in this movie? I mean Judi Dench and Vin Diesel Smile

. Are they already planning to do another riddick movie after this one? or does it depend on how this one goes at the boxoffice? Pitch black was good, darkish and real stylish if you ask me.
