Its nice to see some Black and white art-work every now and then.
Pretty cool work with the eyes on this one though the hand looks a bit odd. Otherwise good work.
ok think I have to get me some sleep now.

keep it up dude

It can always be hard to review a piece like this because you jump away from the norm by being original and therefore I cannot always see what is a flaw and what you can blame on "hey I am trying to be original". Anyways let me try to get my thoughts in:

The entire piece suffers from a paradoxes created from the monochrome simplicity. Some parts of the piece are detailed while others could be in a swedish ikea design catalogue, this confuses me. An example could be her mouth and hands against the nose, which are actually much more than just a few lines. this is a smaller error in the piece, though I think it ruins the balance a bit. And that is the best case you got, moving on to drastic AA...

You used some sort of fade effect where the forehead meets the hairline that also stands out too much because it has a lot of colour tones next to each others; tone down the AA.

Is that her ear on the right side (my right not hers)? because then you also made it too detailed to fit the simplistic result you were probably going for. And other than that the ear is way too small to fit the eyes nose and mouths proportions.

I don't get the background...

other than that you got yourself a nice piece.
