It's a nice rendering but there are several anatomical issues that stand out.
The head is too small (in comparison to the rest of the body). I think the neck may also be too thin or perhaps too long.
The torso may be a wee bit long...but it's hard to tell. I usually base things on the size of the head, but in this case it's throwing me off.
Also, her pelvis area (crotch, for lack of a better term), looks a bit too large...or rather, it looks like there's no distinction from her frontal thigh to her pubic area, giving the odd impression of flatness. I think there needs to be a crease or fold added in her pants to indicate where the two masses join.
Oh, and I just noticed that her hand may be too small.
Hmm...given certain factors, it may not be that some things are too small, rather perhaps the body itself is too large...I can't quite tell.
Very nice coloring job though, and the line work is nice. Just need to hammer out those anatomy issues.

the eyes are actually a little too far up the head too, they should be about halfway up |
