Hi. Here is a speed painting I did in Photoshop 5 using Wacom Intuos2. Since it is a geocities link you will have to copy/paste url into browser window to get the page to load. Can someone tell me if it looks too dark/pitch black on their monitor? I need to know if my monitor is calibrated correctly.

It looks fine on my monitor, which is supposedly calibrated correctly.
However, I just sent a preview of some work to a client and they said they could not see it because it was too dark. I have found that many peoples monitors are set too dark for some reason.

thanks for feedback. My image appears almost black on my work computer. Apparently from what my IT guy told me, companies in general will upgrade only their computer towers(motherboard, RAM, cpu etc) and leave the monitors. This means company monitors can sometimes be 4 or 5 years old which eats away at the luminance/color quality. |

I thought it was rather nice, gotta love pictures with a nice warm yellow contrasting a blue background =) _________________ "There is no such thing as a mistake, just happy accidents" - Bob Ross |
