Hello everybody! I need some help with this Character... so far I think I mastered coloring lips. I'm still practicing the eyes. I would like to try and make the skin and facial hair look as realistic as possible. Could anyone throw me some tips and examples on how I can achieve this? Thanks...
^Character I did for my 2D animation class. Still need to do a walk cycle for em. 
His name is Xavier and he lives on a space station SWEET.

i really dig the design. I would fix the ear -- which looks like butt cheeks, evertyhing else looks great, love the beard
