Some time ago i posted here asking for a tool which can easily combine a height map (or 'bump map') with a Normal map. There's a solution in the form of a new version to the freeware normalmap creator app ORB .
The new version (1.73) includes a command named "AddNormals" which does just that , all it needs are the two image files (no models and mapping required) .
