Ok, so I'm working on something for a friend (she wanted herself with Ryan from The OC), and I got the guy looking really good, but she still doesn't look like herself. The reference pic is included below the drawing. Help would be greatly appreciated.

The ear, jaw, and hairline are intersecting strangely. You may also want to rotate the ear slightly.
