Hey
I like that fairy, looks pretty cool.
The girls face looks a little bit distorted. If the nose is in that direction we should see less of her left eye, it is a bit more hided behind the nose.
But you have got the detailed nailed down in the picture.

The fairy is very nice.
I love the highlights on their hair but the girl's face is a bit distorted. The nose is at the wrong direction like what Matthew said but also her forehead comes out alittle too far.

I really like it, nice coloring and style.
However I have to agree with allpetter, the proportions of the head aren't that good, you should try working a little more on it, his overpaint may show you a way to do it.
Anyways, nice pic =)
