Okay. I'm commenting just cuz I want your hobby to continue. Really I don't think I can offer you any input on this. Technical stuff isn't my forte. ![Confused](images/smiles/icon_confused.gif) |

i dunno, it looks 'well done' but for me I don't think the thing itself looks that cool it's nicely finished/rendered but for me it's too weird and .. just not "COOL!".
Sorry for coming across so harsh, but I know you're amazing and have plenty to feel confident about so I'm sure you want take offence. |

Hey thanks alot guys. I really do appreciate your comments. I probably hit artistic block in concepts =( Do you think I should switch focus from technical stuff to something else? _________________ Dennis Sedov

I like it. It's a funny idea with the mouse.
Don't give up so easily. If you like technical stuff just do it. Do it for practice. Do it for fun. As they say, greatness comes later. Good luck! |

The first thing I see is that the concept has no defining shape. its a hodgepodge of tech. Its like the arms and the body are flat layers, no real sense of where the arms and wires fit into the body of the beast. Second, lose the whip, the simple weapon doesn't fit in with the advance concept of a robot. It would ahve a more precision arsenal in my humble opinion.
I agree that it is very clean and well drawn, it just has no real depth to it. _________________ Feel Free to feel me!!! |

i think you should keep doing techie stuff, but like the others said, try to give it a more defining shape. i like how you rendered the big metal thing, not overly contrasty tones but still a nice reflection. keep it up! _________________ talent is overrated. |
