I did this all in Adobe Photoshop and didn't do any photo color sampling or other cheap techniques.

If you don't know who this is, this is Elena from Street Fighter III, the capoeria fighter gone EVILLLllllLLlll ooooOoo...

I've noticed lots of people here edit photos.... this is not a photo edit either... all hand drawn in Photoshop...

just used the brush and the smudge tool.

Looks like a painted over 3d render in poser or something. If not good job.

I did not use any methods of lame to draw this picture....

Totally free hand with tablet in Adobe, used a photo reference but did not edit any photos, sample colors, or stuff...

I drew a sketch and colored it to get this result.

I used Tyra Banks and a gymnist as a ref if you guys must know.

BTW Drunken Monkey I like your pictures.
