I just got a Wacom and I did some quick sketches with it on Painter 7. Getting used to the Wacom is so hard I draw with a paper placed on a 90 degree angle. Looking at the moniter and using the surface is so hard. If any of you got any tips for me, I'll preciate it. I been drawing for only an year and a half, so I am not that good of an artist.

Most people who are good at traditional art don't find it hard to learn drawing/painting with a tablet.
There are exceptions though.
You can try a few things. Draw straight lines and circles to warm up.
Choose a high resolution if your lines are too shaky.
And draw a lot with pencils too. Not only anime/manga stuff.
Draw from life! That's really important!
And erase the stupid green comment! _________________ http://www.conceptworld.org |
