Love the sketches! You really got the feeling.
considering the site design I'm not as convinced. I don't like black as a background color and I'm not so sure about the light and the moon. I think the links are to far apart in the menu and the text is to big. I also think you should remove the border between the frames (border="no").
My suggest�on is that you use some of the really nice sketches you have for the page design. But If you wan't to keep it simple, think about keeping it clean and be aware of details like fonts and such.
Hope I wasn't too hard, but you asked what we thought.

| Love the artwork, but not crazy about the website. I'm all for simplicity, but when the only graphical element in your site is a lens flare you need to reconsider. |

You'll get better c&c if you don't make people go to your website.
And the thread title is "website". The rolleyes-smiley really doesn't fit.

comments on the work that's on the website. I know the website stinks,
guess webdesign won't be a career option |

You should show some of your images directly in your thread instead of telling people to look at your homepage.
You'll get better replies ... so I was trying to help (as opposed to criticising) you.
Also your posts seems REALLY arrogant.
Maybe I misinterpreted the rolleyes smiley but it's usually used to show that people bother you.
These people are unlikely to become your friends later.
Maybe it's your English but it did sound like:
Look at my homepage and give crits.
That's what you guys are here for, right?
...
comments on the webdesign!?... boy you guys are dumb!
Maybe you can clarify what you meant in the first place though.

Andy - thanks for taking the hit on that and coming clean; it's precisely that kind of attitude that is often missing from forums altogether; I hope that some here will learn from your actions, and I mean that sincerely.
schel - Andy's posts were justified about your post being misleading; don't take it personally! We're all here to communicate and learn from one another, so if something comes across the wrong way, use your best diplomacy and restate it - that's what the forum is for. If you start rattling a sword, you can expect the same - and even worse! The best defense against miscommunication is communication.
Can you dig it? Let's move on...btw...your site appears to be down as of 7:25 am US EST.

Hi Andy,
sorry too about my reply, I guess my initial post wasn't really clear, it's the first time i've
posted something, and I don't really know yet how to best communicate or formulate things, sorry about that, to all of you. It would be stupid to start of on the wrong track.
Anyway thanks for the reply.
As for the website, I know it stinks, I just wanted to make something really quick to post my work.
I thought it would be less important. I guess I should have posted another message.
