What is the most verstile, smart and best resulted digital art program? I have PS 7.0 (have dabbled in it doing T-shirts for a racing team here and there), but was wondering what might be better. Complexity (in other words, not 'noob' friendly) doesn't matter to me. Any info'd be much oblidged.

Everyone is going to point you to photoshop and painter. Try them both. Decide for yourself.
