I'd like you to meet Commander Egg:
Took a couple of hours to do (In Painter Classic), I don't really know where I'm going with him, so any comments/critiques would be most appreciated. I know he doesn't look much like a commander, by the way, heh

I've seen that nobody said something to your pic, so here is my comment...
the first thing I thought, when I saw your pic the first time, is that the hands are too big and I think that the pose is a bit strange...
but the rest is fine
That might be something you already knew.. but I thought I should tell you..

Thanks for the comment geraldine, I really didn't mind that noeone had commented, it just means I need to come up with more intersting artwork heh.
As for the hands, yeah, they were intentionally large, as I feel they add to the 'brutish' look of a character. The pose is awkward, yeah, he would probably fall over backwards if this was real life I envisaged him moving with very stiff, choppy movements, if that makes any sense.
