Well, i really would like some advice on this thing...as you can see im really new to drawing in Photoshop, and would like some tips, of what to do with this..since i think it's not near what i imagined

Well, I think you are off to a good start, but I'd put some color into the shadows there. (Especially the shadows of the ... humaniod thing there.) It's just black shadows. Kind of dull.
Unless you intend to enhance the color of the shadows later on, on a different layer. That's probably what I would do. (I am big on layers.) I don't pretend to be a big Photoshop Queen (I do love it, but I'm no expert) so that's the best I can do for you now.
One thing, though. I did learn a lot from Photoshop books. The ones by Deke McCelland, Ben Wilmore and Scott Kelby were most helpful to me. YMMV. _________________ Madness takes its toll - please have exact change. |
