The Homeworld series is probably my favorite set of computer games - ever!
You got any more of this. _________________ "Pass me the banjo, that one there, good lad." -Socrates |

I haven't seen a huge number of replies on this thing, but I really dig it. I like how clean and simple it is. In my opinion it's a very strong piece and the ship really does seem large even without any references to make it that way. I dunno what to say, nice lighting and nice structure. Cool! _________________ -----------

Really great design, and just enough detail here to denote function. Great work.
What happens if it's attacked from the other sides? Any other views of the ship? |

sorry. unfortunately, the design was disapproved because it was TOO much like in homeworld 2.
oh, and if attacked, the ship only has a pair of kinetic gauss cannons for self defense, while the real offensive power lies in the fighters it carries. no torpedo mounts or anything. |

that looks REALLY familiar..... i thought it's an original HW2 concept drawing.... other than that, maybe ive been to this thread before...
the style is very nice, simple lines, good colouring techniques, true concept art
and yes anyone played the HW2 demo? the game just rocks, the story is so deep, and the opening cinematic with all those b&w drawings is really well done _________________ Derelict Studios|Godwin's Space |
