This is my very first post.

I have been drawing for just about a year. I bought my very first sketch book around the same time, I only drew some stuff in just two pages and once I looked at it I was discouraged, so I never picked up the sketch book until now. To improve my art skills I applied and got into a Art Fundamentals program for one year at a community college. Now, I improved probably by one hundred percent. Trust me I am not exaggerating. Only recently have I found the use for programs such as Photoshop and Paint for drawing and painting purposes. I currently got into a really good school in a New Media program and hoping that I can get into the video game industry through that(Its a two year program). After finishing that program I may go to a university and study fine art for a while to fine-tune my skills, but mainly my ultimate goal is to be a conceptual artist for games and movies. I got massive amount of ideas in my head but I just cant seem to put them on paper. Enough about me

Ill add what I have on paper after I get a scanner for now I am doing my best to create stuff with Photoshop and my trusty Optical Mouse, Here is my very first art or if you want to call it art with my mouse and PS. Ill get a tablet next month with my new scanner. I love to paint on the comp so easy compared to acrylic on canvas and so versatile, I cant wait till I get my tablet. Ill shut up.

Comment on this PLEASE

BOY DO I STINK COMPARED TO OTHER ARTISTS IN THE FORUM.

Hmm... The shades look like you just put them there, you have to think about the shape of the tree. The tree and apple looks way too bright when you think about the sky's brightness, and the apple should be motion blurred vertican instead of horizontal, now it looks like it's flying through the air, and not falling. The grass too, could use some work. Sorry if I'm being too honest...

I actually need harsh critique, this is how we all learn, otherwise, the world will be very dull.

Reference your ass off. I'm glad to hear you've gotten back into the swing of things.

Yeah, work alot with reference.
At your stadium it's not a good idea to work from scratch only.
Good luck
