I was just wondering if anyone uses Adobe's vector tracing program, Streamline. I was wondering how well it performs as well as how much time is saved by using such a program. Any info is greatly appreciated!

all depends on what u want to do with it Smile

can b a pain in the butt when converting a coloured picture - but for just B+W its gr8 for cleaning up lines Smile

haven't used it for a few years now - don't know if its changed much, could only import TIFF files last time i used it..

I use it for converting B&w to vector. The resulting vector images usually need to be cleaned up, especially if they're going to be printed billboard size. I used to also use Corel & Xara's vector converters. I think their conversion abilities are about the same.

So, if say I had a few ideas for a program that outpowers Adobe Streamline, would I be using my time wisely trying to bring my idea to life?
