There's quite a difference between the DBM (designs by mark) forum and this one. I noticed that a lot of people from that forum, when using photoshop are much more concerned with photoshop techniques and the 'technical' side of photoshop. Whereas we talk about traditional styles of art, and more conventional styles of digital art. And I guess it refines the definition of 'designer' and 'artist'. They seem much more like designers, whereas we're much more like artists. But it makes sense because Dhab's art is much more traditional, while Mark (DBM webmaster) is much more technical and has tutorials on photoshop techniques and how to create effects.
Oh well, just an observation. And please don't take offense at me labelling people designers or artists. It's just what *I* think.
