Long time no see. Here is my recent painting:

It's a cover for music band CD. Click here for detail. C&C is always welcome.

Thanks,

Very nice.

But you've got that nice strong backlighting there and I think you're wasting some great opportunities to add some translucence on things like the horses ears, main, and tail, and on the little flags of the riders armor/weapons. A little translucence could really make it magical.

Wow man this is gorgeous! The horizon is soo striking. I agree that some translucence on the ears and hair would be wonderful. I love the detail of the city on the far back right!!

Yep. Sumaleth, you're right. But not like translusence although some refraction that makes shape a bit glowing is what you've in your mind?

2 Leo:

For a quite a while visitors of your site can see a very nice castle in snowy mountains. That one reminds me Neuschwanstein much. Was it the source?

Thanks everyone!

2 CyberLink: more details work? What do you mean? And yes, snowcastle was inspired by Neuschwanstein.

2 Sumaleth: oh I see... still need more work!

2 liquid1: yeah, that's based on russian tales & history.

I wanted to say "I would love to see this picture more detailed e.g. polished" Smile Was too tired Smile Was mixing German and English like "Was it the source" Smile
