This ranks as THE THIRD BEST comic movie ever next to the 1st BATMAN and SUPERMAN 2.
The League strays ALOT from the original comic book but IT DOESN'T MATTER. THIS IS HOW X-MEN should have been treated. And even the HULK, for that matter.
No one cares about all that backstory. Let's just get to the story. LXG handled backstory for each of the characters in like 2-3 sentences. The rest was just allowing their actions speak for them. Dr. Jekyll is killing sh*t in the movie and did it more convincingly than the HULK.
I believe LXG could kick the X-MENS ass! Nemo is the sh*t in the movie and I'd wish they highlighted his character a bit more, but, it doesn't matter. I'm still hungry!! They have so much to build on with this movie and the visuals are out of this world.

Sorry had to let it forth, we are entitled to our opinions right?  Terrible, terrible movie. I had to see Pirates of the Caribean just so I didn't leave off on a bad foot. |

| I agree with J Bradford. Horrible, horrible film. In fact, one of the worst I've seen in recent memory. I too had to offset it with Pirates of the Caribbean (which was surprisingly good). |

I love this movie...
Everyone of the characters is distinct and loaded with charismatic firepower.
I agree with Spiral that Dora is the sh*t, just as much as Nemo, if not more. But, how can anyone call a movie wack that has so much ass being kicked in the foreground of a world we've yet to see in comic-movies?!
If you love art and imagination, you have to clap it up for LXG!

*Gasp* I liked Dungeons & Dragons. T_T
It's actually much better with the deleted scenes still in the movie because it fills in bad sectors. Those darn editors! I demand a directors cut! >_<
