I use a filter plugin called KPT3 to generate random noise maps similar to Photoshop's 'Difference Cloud' filter. Its just a filter that happens to be really old. I cannot get it to work with Photoshop7.

I am wondering if Photoshop as of verion 7 started dropping off support for older plugins, brushes, path exports, old file associations, and other features. Anybody know if Photoshop is leaving older support behind?

I don't think, that you will get support from Adobe for a third-party product.
