Hi people.

I have used Microsoft Paint for years now and find it the best graphics program to date. I can`t see any programs that succeeds
the cool functions in it.. But I have heard about Dpaint1 from Electronic Arts.. is that better? if so I should switch to that..

bye

Ok.. I hope yer not referring to MS Paint that comes with their operating systems. I mean, it's kewl, but not very powerful. If not then i have no idea what program you are talking about....

Hey Zack, how's Photoshop compared to Paint Shop Pro? I use PSP5 and am a Web Graphic artist (Not a Digital Artist)

Um... This is so odd I'm not sure if this is a joke or not.
Let's just say this: Graphics programs don't get much worse than MS paint.

Dear Individuals...

I think that MS Paint is the best gfx program at the moment. There are so many tools and effect that you can use, that it makes that worth buying.

I've always wanted it, my I didn't have enough money to buy it. But last week my friend gave it to me, in one HD diskette.
Damn it was nice to draw with it!
You know, life ain't too good if you have Win 3.11 at home..so you have to be glad of little things..

Hey, NotOneOfUs!
I think Photoshop is much better drawing-proggie than Paint Shop Pro.
I use Paint shop Pro only for image-converting.

Best regards!

bEam, that was pretty funny, except that MY copy of windows came with it free, and I don't see why anyone would have to pay for it. (Or WANT to, for that matter.)

And I don't think Paint is available for Linux, seeing as it's a Microsoft program, and they're not really supportive towards Linux....

First of all, anyone who doesn't know INSTANTLY that that was a joke, needs to reach in REALLY, REALLY DEEP, and pull that stick out of his ass.

That said, there's been some cool stuff done in MS Paint lately, in the underground artscene...check out The Project's releases, if you're curious. But please, remove the stick from your ass first.

Wain:

Try to get Gimp (freeware) for Linux and be amazed how sucky MSPaint is.

Cheers from SPike (who is still trying to figure out if you are joking or not)...

Wain? Do you have ICQ? My ICQ# 37544000 and I'll show you some of my work.

And Zack, what version of Photoshop you use? I'll try it out. But as Dhabih said, he uses Photoshop for Computer Art not Web Graphics... but he was talking about Photoshop 3.01 so....nm, my head hurts
