Is it possible in Photoshop to create a layer or make an axis that will mirror what I draw? Say if I paint on the right half of the image, it will 'reflect' what I'm painting on the left half?

Basically what I'm looking for is a way to paint something symetrical and be able to see the results in real time, rather than flipping a copy of the image.
