The details of the mouse are very nice especially the hairs are pretty nice. But for me the collors of the mouse are very clear and with higher sacuration. The BG does'nt fit too much to the mouse colors.
But i like the whole composition of this picture. _________________ Be Creative but help me thinking! |

lol this is awesome. i once had a dream about a fencing mouse...but thats another story. anyways, i really like this picture, the style in the background almost suggests japanese brush painting, it really fits. but i have to agree with mX, the saturation of the colors dont really fit together. i think it probably be better if you selected the background and turned the contras up a little bit in photoshop _________________ ...be sure man that every

Yeah,
good call on the background. I've gotten a few similar comments at other forums where I posted this. I knocked back the contrast in the background with a "levels mask" layer in Photoshop, and I think I pushed it too far. It will be easy to fix though. Thanks for taking the time to respond _________________ Smokey, this is not 'Nam this is bowling. There are rules. |

Great, Wind in the Willows in Japan - like it.
Though I think the brigde looks a bit too small for that mouse - the distance to the brigde doesn't seem to be that big for the brigde to be that small. _________________ Yeah man but it's a dry heat... |

I've gone and fixed the feet and the background. Thanks everyone for all the great input and encouragement. _________________ Smokey, this is not 'Nam this is bowling. There are rules. |

2 picky details of mine (i dont think ill stop talking about them til ppl get them right, lol)
1) the sword's scabbard should be curved downward
2) his grip on the sword is too close together: the left should be at the extreme bottom of the hilt for an affective slice _________________ 赤竜 |
