I have been from one side of the web to the other and have failed to find any pictures of these characters.

They are characters from the 70s and 80s comic magazines "Epic" and I believe they were also in "Heavy Metal". If I remember correctly, Cholly was a big fat guy and Flytrap rode on his shoulders and they were always killing each other. I know, I know, it sounds dumb but it was a lot funnier than my synopsis.

Anyway, does anyone remember these characters and if so, does anyone have a picture or pictures of these characters? My brother was a huge fan of these characters and I wanted to draw them for his birthday (that is why I can't ask him for the pics!).

I've tried Google, Webcrawler, Yahoo, Heavy Metal message boards, everything! I know someone in the world has a picture that they can post or send to me.

I used to absolutely love Cholly and Flytrap, although I remember them begin in either Toxic, or Judge Dredd the Megazine, in the 90s.

I'll have a search for some images, then edit this post if I find something.

Thanks for exhausting all your seach options before asking on the forums. This Cholly and Flytrap story ran in Epic Illustrated in 1986.
