Well, I got really bored when I came home sick today. So I whipped up this cartoon gorilla character on paper, scanned it in, and began work on it. It looks kind crappy now (I think), but I hope it will turn out right, what do you all think so far?

I like the texture u have done for the gorilla fur thing
nice
The colour composition of the fur is good as well
the white top needs to be erm grimier but like u said u aint finished

looking good so far, and like M.A.C.K. says, the 'beater needs to be shaded, as does the gorilla's mouth, but it looks like its coming along nicely...

I think if you increase the brightness in the pic the gorilla would look alot better.
Unless you want a dark setting.
The detail obviously needs some work, but all in all I like it 
Especially the funny look on his mug face.

I've finished the final. I will probably go back and make changes to it some time in the future, but it looks pretty good right now.
