You guys might have seen this over at Eatpoo. ^_^.

Just finished this about half an hour ago ago, and unless there are some really crucial problems with this piece that I overlooked, I don't think I'm going to be clocking much more time on it.

I realize that it's not exactly the most original character in the world, but I consider this guy an attempt to develop my rendering style further, as I really haven't done many character concepts as of yet. I hope to use a more elaborate pose and a more original character next time.

I left the backround grey for now, but when I print this it will be white and It'll be printed on acetate (I find great value in acetate printing for concepts, don't ask me why).

Anyways, any crits that I can take into mind for next time? Is this so-called 'style' working for me (Not much of a change, mind you). Anything big that I should look into fixing before I print this sucker out?

Thanks folks.

Just one observation: The edge of his sword is facing downward on his shoulder. Looking at that sword...well, it's pretty heavy.
So, according to those two thing that blade ought to be embedded halfway into his shoulder.

I notice something odd about the sword as well. The balde, in respect to the hilt, is incorrect. The edge of the blade is facing down, toward the shoulder where the hilt-gaurd it facing up, towards the sky. This would make the sword nearly impossible to use. You may want to look in to this.
