That looks great! I especially love the hair and the eyes. It could use some more values though. If you plan to continue with it I would add some darker areas to give it a good solid feel.

I like it too, I would agree with with Tim on this one, darker values and tones, would just bring this drawing out of the page...keep us informed!!
