I drew this a while ago. I just started to have problems with the perspective. The dead orcs look off, so does the main character, I think his perspective is different form the others. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

all I can say to help you is that you're having a problem with 2 point perspective, so if you set up the grid right, and draw in all the orcs, etc. in relation to that grid, it should help with the orcs standing up, and the bodies, especially the one that is verticle in the picture plane will look more resolved. |

the figures look great but that perspective is very off. you seem to have placed the people on a invisible grid or plane of sorts.. but those structure/buildings? on ths ide of the street look sunken inwards into the soil.. and have their own perspective to follow.. or something.. |
