When I am inking, I like to use Pigma Micron pens. The ink is really dark and smooth, and they come in varying line weights, and are a pen that many comic professionals use to ink. Also, the quality of the paper you are using is important when it comes to inking for comics. The paper needs to be smooth, or the ink tends to bleed.
Here is a site that has lots of tutorials for comic inking and pencilling. Hope they help.
