He's not supposed to resemble anyone in particular; it was just an attempt at drawing something else than girls with red or pink hair. I would've wanted the hands to look just a little more sketchy, but after fiddling with them for an hour I ran out of patience.
C&C and general suggestions for improvements are appreciated.

its a nice start base... NOW FINISH IT!
This picture is JUST BEGGING TO BE FINISHED!!
it looks a little plain!
give it a splash o color! this picture has the potential to look SO DAMN sweet!
I can already imagine it!!! :
put the guy in a bar, loosen his tie! unbutton his cuffs! add some lighting, add some smoke, GIVE THE GENTLEMAN A CIGAR!!!
put some drinks on the bar, add some silhouttes walking around in the background!
Give the image some feeling!
The guy just lost his job, had a tough day at work, wife left him.. etc.
go where your mind takes you and create an atmosphere!
keep at this one hehe!
it has GREAT potential! ![Wink](images/smiles/icon_wink.gif) _________________ "Man! I just noticed that I write a lot of fragment sandwiches!" |

Haha, I love it just as it is. That blank expression is priceless. The simplicity works perfectly, and adds to the 50's ad feeling, a style which I love. You could create some hilarious scenes with this retro style. Keep it up, I'd love to see more of this. |
